Fallbrook Brewing opened in 2013 and is located in downtown Fallbrook, CA. Since then, FBC (Fallbrook Brewing Company) has been brewing quality craft beer and showcasing everything Fallbrook has to offer.
Our downtown nano brewery offers the choice to observe passers-by or sit at one of four standing bars. Enjoy the game on one of our four flat screen TV's, order local food from surrounding restaurants, no matter if you sit or stand it's a great place for craft beer.
Thank you for making our dreams a reality. It brings us deep sorrow to tell our customers that we have officially closed our doors for good. We would like to thank you for your past business and it was truly a pleasure working with everyone that we have met along the way.

Clear amber pour, okay foam. Fresh bread, dark roll, brown sugar nose. Bitter bread crust flavor, brown sugar, drinkable, balanced. One of their better beers today. Simple, no obvious flaws.
Love this place! It's great to have a place that's close and uses only local ingredients for their specialty beers.
The Ammunition IPA is great, and I highly recommend the Avocado Honey Blossom Saison.
This place was recommended by a friend during my visit. The flight of beer was great because of the variety they had on tap.
LFBC is my go-to place on the weekend. A true family atmosphere, live music once in a while. The beer is brewed by the people who serve you and they take great pride in what they do. One of the problems with a small place like this is that sometimes your favorite brew is not available because everything is hand made. My favorite is "Good Brown Beer", a nut brown ale that goes down easily.
Tastes very similar to a crisp stout. Excellent!
